Panormos Tattoo Tattoo Equipment Import Export. Education Industry Ltd. Co. (“Company”) places great importance on the processing and storage of all kinds of personal data of individuals associated with the company in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK Law”). With full awareness of this responsibility, we process your personal data within the limits of the law as explained below.

Article 1 – Collection, Processing, and Purposes of Personal Data

Depending on the services, products, or commercial activities provided by Panormos, your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through automatic or non-automatic methods via offices, websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar means. Your data may be created and updated as long as you benefit from Panormos’ services. Furthermore, your data may be processed when you use or visit our website with the intention of using our services.

The Company processes the identity, contact, and health information (e.g. pregnancy, infectious/chronic diseases, allergy/skin conditions), as well as photographs and videos taken during tattoo applications/seminars/events/expos for documentation and advertising purposes, to be able to provide services, continue its services, and protect public health and safety.

The personal data collected is processed by Panormos for the following purposes, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK Law: enabling you to benefit from products and services, personalizing these offerings based on your preferences and habits, ensuring legal and commercial security for parties in relation with Panormos, determining and implementing Panormos’ commercial strategies, and protecting public health.

Article 2 – Transfer of Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals under the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK Law, for purposes such as service provision, customization of services to your needs, ensuring legal/commercial safety, and implementing Panormos’ business strategies and HR policies.

Article 3 – Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically to provide products/services within legal frameworks and to fulfill Panormos’ contractual and legal responsibilities. The collected data may be processed and transferred for the purposes stated in Articles (1) and (2) above, based on the legal reasons described in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK Law.

Article 4 – Rights of the Data Subject According to Article 11 of KVKK

As data subjects, you have the following rights and may submit your request to Panormos. We will fulfill your request as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days. If the process requires a cost, you will be charged a fee as determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

You have the right to:

Learn whether your data is being processed.

Request information if your data has been processed.

Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly.

Learn third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad.

Request correction if data is incomplete or incorrect.

Request deletion or destruction of data if processing reasons are no longer valid.

Request notification to third parties regarding corrections or deletions.

Object to adverse results produced exclusively by automated systems.

Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful data processing.

I have been informed through the disclosure text provided by Panormos Tattoo Tattoo Equipment Import Export. Education Industry Ltd. Co., and I have read the document explaining categories, purposes, methods, legal basis, and transfer of personal data.

I hereby give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data including identity, contact, health data (pregnancy, infectious/chronic diseases, allergies/skin diseases), photos/videos taken during or after tattoo application or seminar for documentation or promotional purposes, and other sensitive personal data, for the purpose of protecting public health/safety and ensuring service delivery.

I confirm that I have been informed and voluntarily consent to this.

COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGE INFORMATION & CONSENT TEXT

According to the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, a commercial electronic message includes data, audio, and visual content sent for commercial purposes through phone, call centers, fax, email, SMS, etc. Such messages can only be sent with prior consent. Consent can be obtained in writing, electronically, or via the Message Management System (İYS). You may withdraw consent at any time without reason via the unsubscribe link or İYS.

With your permission, the Company may send you commercial messages about its products, services, campaigns, greetings, or events.

In accordance with Law No. 6563, I confirm that I have been duly informed and give my consent to receive promotional, marketing, celebratory, and informative messages regarding Panormos Tattoo’s products and services. I am aware that I may withdraw this consent at any time without providing a reason.

If you agree, please tick the box stating: “I have read the Commercial Electronic Message Information & Consent Text and I approve the sending of electronic messages to me.”

TATTOO APPLICATION FORM

Personal identification and requested information are provided.

I do not have any blood diseases, skin conditions, immune system issues, or epilepsy.

I am not pregnant or breastfeeding.

I have no allergies / or none that would prevent getting a tattoo.

I am not currently using any blood thinners, blood pressure or diabetes medications, or steroids.

I am not using any acne medications like Roaccutane.

I have not used antibiotics in the last 10 days.

I have no physical, mental, or medical condition that would prevent me from getting a tattoo.

I am getting a tattoo of my own free will. I am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

I agree to follow and apply the aftercare instructions provided.

I understand that if additional work is required due to my negligence, I will bear the cost.

I give permission for my tattoo to be shared for promotional purposes, including any photos/videos of me during the session.

I understand that the tattoo may not retain the same brightness as the first day, and color may vary based on skin tone and healing process.

I understand the tattoo may not look exactly like the digital or paper design.

I accept full responsibility for the outcomes of getting this tattoo.

I agree not to file claims or lawsuits against the studio or its staff for any resulting harm or damage.

I agree to leave the studio immediately if asked to do so by staff for any reason.

I understand that if I cancel, my deposit is non-refundable as it covers the artist’s time and design.

I confirm I explained my desired tattoo fully to the artist and accept the final design as created.

I confirm I am over 18 years old.
